 Our Facilities
Energia is equipped with state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, weight training machines and free weights. We also have a wide array of specialized training equipment such as TRX, Kettlebells, Full and Mid-sized Punching Bags, Punch/Kick pads, Exercise Balls and more. Equipment is spread out for easy access and the sophisticated sound system provides rhythm for routines.
Our gym is also equipped with lockers and full shower facilities, including shampoo and shower gel. Towels are provided for added convenience.
