"Sweat With Nature" (Boot Camp)
The Sweat With Nature group exercise session is offered exclusively to our MEMBERS only. Burn unwanted calories, improve fitness levels, and de-stress in a natural environment.

Activities include outdoor bodyweight exercises, commando drills, team games, and static workouts. But most of all, we will make sure that you will have plenty of FUN doing it.

Explosive Kettlebell Training
Develop muscle strength, aerobic endurance capacity and flexibility.
